According to the CARES Act of 2020, these federal programs ended September 4, 2021:
You previously qualified for the DNCP program, which allowed you to receive a higher benefit amount on your PEUC extension instead of on your regular unemployment claim. Federal law does not allow PEUC benefits to be paid for weeks of unemployment after September 4, 2021, even if there is a balance remaining on your claim and you remain unemployed.
In addition, the $300 PAC payments are no longer payable for any weeks after September 4, 2021.
Once you collect payment for the last payable week on your PEUC extension, we will automatically reopen your regular unemployment claim that began on MM/DD/YYYY and notify you when you can certify for benefits. Refer to your most recent Notice of Unemployment Insurance Award (DE 429Z) for information on the lower benefit amount you will now receive.
