UI Online℠ User Guide: Step-by-step instruction on how to locate important claim and payment information, reopen an existing claim, certify for benefits, and more. Select your topic from the “Contents” section and you’ll be navigated directly to the desired information.
UI Online℠ Video Tutorials: An extensive library of helpful video tutorials that provide detailed instruction on how to use the many features of UI Online℠. All videos are available in English and Spanish. Some of the more frequently watched videos are also available in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese.
