An appeal has been filed from the Administrative Law Judge’s decision holding you eligible for benefits. You may continue to receive benefits, if you are otherwise eligible, by submitting continued claim forms for each week of unemployment until you receive the appeals board’s decision. If the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board finds that you are not eligible, you may have to repay these benefits to the Department.
