You are receiving this notice because you were found ineligible for Pandemic Additional Compensation (PAC), also known as the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) program. This program is available under the federal CARES Act of 2020 due to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
You do not qualify for PAC benefits for the reasons marked below.

Appeal Rights

If you disagree with this determination, you must appeal by MM/DD/YYYY
This determination is final unless appealed to an administrative law judge of the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB) within 30 days of the date this notice was mailed to you. Appeals should be sent to the address listed on this notice. Appeal forms are available on our website at www.edd.ca.gov/pdf_pub_ctr/de1000m.pdf
In your appeal you must state the reasons why you do not agree with this determination. While an appeal is pending, continue to certify for benefits each week. If the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board (CUIAB) decides you are eligible, you will only be paid for these weeks you certified for and met all other eligibility requirements.
