Appointment Notice for Denied Cases Will Call

The Employment Development Department (EDD) is conducting a Benefit Accuracy Measurement (BAM) Audit to determine if Unemployment Insurance benefits are properly denied in accordance with State Law, Regulation and Policy. Your Unemployment Insurance claim has been randomly selected by the Department of Labor (DOL) for this review and we need to review your claim in order to determine the accuracy of the decision.

This review will not replace the appeal hearing if you have filed an appeal of your ineligibility. Continue to file for benefits in the event the appeal results in your eligibility for unemployment benefits.

An important part of this audit is a telephone interview. An Unemployment Insurance BAM Questionnaire is included to assist you in preparing for this interview. Please have this form in front of you when I call.
